3. Eligibility and account security

  • Accounts must be created by authorised representatives.
  • You must keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected misuse.
  • We may require verification (company domain, letter of authority, or manual checks).

4. Our role: platform operator

  • We provide software tooling and (where stated) operational services such as scheduling, communications, payments, and administration.
  • We are not responsible for individual player fitness, employment disputes, or internal company approvals.

5. Competition rules and integrity

Teams must comply with published Rules (squad limits, eligibility, transfers, match conduct).

"Ringers", falsified employment status, or identity misuse may result in:

  • Forfeits
  • Suspensions
  • Fines
  • Removal from the Competition

Captains are responsible for roster accuracy and player conduct.

6. Behaviour standards (non-negotiable)

We operate a strict code of conduct:

  • No violence, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, or intimidation.
  • We may suspend players/teams immediately while we investigate serious allegations.

7. Fixtures, rescheduling, and cancellations

  • Fixtures are generated based on availability constraints and competition format.
  • Reschedule requests must follow the process in-platform and may require admin approval.
  • Late cancellations/no-shows may incur charges (venue/referee costs) and/or forfeits.

8. Fees, invoicing, and payments

  • Fees may include: entry fees, match fees, fines, rescheduling admin fees, or services.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension from fixtures and/or removal from the Competition.
  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

9. Refunds

Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once a season is published and operational costs are committed (venues, officials, admin time).

We may issue discretionary credits or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances.

10. Venues and officials

Where we supply bookings/officials:

  • We aim to deliver a suitable standard, but availability may change due to factors outside our control.
  • If a referee fails to attend, we may provide a replacement, reschedule, or apply a credit where appropriate.

11. Content and media

  • You grant us a licence to use team names, logos, and match data for tables, fixtures, results, and promotional coverage of the Competition.
  • Photography/video may be captured at events. Organisations are responsible for ensuring players understand and comply with local venue rules and media notices.

12. Data protection

We process personal data under the UK GDPR and PECR as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

13. Liability

  • Participation in sport carries inherent risk. Organisations must ensure players are fit to play and have appropriate insurance where required.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
  • Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, non-payment, or actions that risk safety, integrity, or brand safety.

15. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update features and Terms. Material changes will be notified in-platform or via email.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
